Seeking issuance of appropriate directions to the official respondents No.2 to 4 to take strict legal action after registering a criminal case against the private respondents No.5 to 11, petitioner has come up before this Court by filing the present petition under Section 482 CrPC.

On instructions, counsel for the State submits that on the basis of representation filed by the petitioner, FIR has been registered, therefore the present petition has become infructuous.

Based on the statement made by counsel for the State, petitioner's counsel seeks permission to withdraw the present petition. 4.
