RAJESH BHARDWAJ, J.(ORAL) Instant petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. praying for transfer of investigation of the case bearing FIR No.0051, dated 13.07.2021, under Sections 313, 323, 406, 498-A, 506 IPC, registered at Police Station Women, Assandh, District Karnal to some independent agency.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that there is no progress in the investigation till date.

Notice of motion.

On the asking of the Court, Mr.B.S.Virk, DAG, Haryana, who is present in Court, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents and at the outset submits that after completion of the investigation, challan has been presented and now the offence under Section 313 IPC is also added for which the supplementary challan would be presented within two weeks. In view of the above statement made by learned State counsel, the present petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to pursue his remedy as available to him under the law.
