The present writ petition has been filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India with a prayer for issuance of an appropriate writ or order in the nature of mandamus directing the respondents to regularize the services of petitioners from the date they completed 10 years of service in terms of judgments and orders dated 31.12.2025 and 19.01.2026 (Annexure P-7 and P-8) respectively passed in bunch of writ petitions being squarely covered and moreover CWP-6481-2026, Shiv Kumar and others Versus State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-9) as well as the order dated 07.03.2026 passed in CWP-6764-2026, Sahib Singh and others Vs. State of Haryana and others (Annexure P-10). Further respondents be directed to
grant all consequential benefits and to release the arrears of pay with interest @ 12 % p.a. from the due date till actual realization. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioners has limited his prayer to the extent that the present petition be treated as a comprehensive representation and the same be decided in a time bound manner by passing a speaking order in terms of judgment passed by this Court in CWP-6481-2026, Shiv Kumar and others Versus State of Haryana and others, decided on 05.03.2026 (Annexure P-9) after affording an opportunity of being heard to the petitioners.

On advance notice, Mr. Piyush Khanna, learned Additional Advocate General and Mr. R.K. Chaudhary, Advocate accepts notice on behalf of respondent No.1 and respondents No.2 to 5 respectively. They submit that the claim of the petitioners shall be duly considered and decided by the competent authority by passing a speaking order in terms of Shiv Kumar's case.

In view of the aforesaid submission made by learned counsel for the parties, the present writ petition is disposed of with a direction to respondents No.2 & 3/competent authority to treat the present writ petition as a representation and to consider and decide the claim qua all the petitioners by passing a reasoned and speaking order in terms of Shiv Kumar's case., after affording an opportunity of hearing to them, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order. The decision so taken shall be duly communicated to the petitioners.

Needless to observe, in the event the petitioners are found entitled to the relief(s) claimed, the same shall be released/extended to them expeditiously in accordance with law.

Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, be also disposed of accordingly.
