Jaswant Singh,J(Oral) Prayer is for grant of anticipatory bail to accused-petitioner Harbhajan Singh in case FIR No.53 dated 16.2.2016 under Section 406 IPC, PS City Khanna, Police District Khanna.

Complainant-Bhagwan Singh is an agriculturist and has alleged that a sum of Rs.14,27,928/- is due to him from the Commissiion Agency-M/s Bant Singh Harbhajan Singh owned by the petitioner-accused towards sale of crops through the said Agency. After arguing for sometime,learned counsel prays for permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
