This is a petition under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for initiation of proceedings against the respondents for noncompliance of the order dated 18.09.2023 passed in CWP-28545-2018. 2.
Learned counsel for the respondents' states that the entire payment would be released to the petitioner within a period of four weeks from today.

In view of the statement made by the learned counsel for the respondents, learned counsel for the petitioner states that he does not wish to press the present petition.

Dismissed as not pressed. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.

Needless to say that in case the amount is not released within a period of four weeks from today, the petitioner would always be at liberty to get the present petition revived.
