-. /01& The matter is taken up for hearing through video conference due to COVID-19 situation.

This is a petition seeking anticipatory bail in FIR No. 120 dated 24.12.2020, under Sections 3A, 3B, 5, 6, 23, 25 and Rule 3-A(1) of the Pre-Conception & Pre-Natal Diagnostic Techniques (Regulation & Prevention of Misuse) Act, 1994 and 420, 120-B IPC and Section 15(2) of Indian Medical Council Act, 1956 registered at Police Station Daba, Ludhiana.

After arguing for some time and realising that this is the second petition for anticipatory bail without any change in circumstances, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
