(ORAL) The petitioner herein seeks the issuance of a direction to respondents No.1 to 3 to transfer the investigation of the criminal case pertaining to the FIR bearing No.113 dated 19.02.2021 registered at Police Station City Bhiwani, District Bhiwani, under Sections 323, 341, 506 IPC to some IPS officer by forming a Special Investigating Team and to file the status-report qua the same.

Mr. S.S. Pannu, learned Deputy Advocate General, Haryana, has joined the proceedings on behalf of respondents No.1 to 5 in this case, in pursuance of the copies of this petition having been sent to the respondent-State in advance. He, on the instructions from HC Parmod of Police Post Jain Chowk, Police Station City Bhiwani, apprises the Court that the cancellation report qua the subject FIR has already been NEETU RANI 2021.07.30 16:04 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document PHHC

At this stage, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the instant petition while submitting that in view of the afore-discussed changed circumstances, the petitioner would be availing the alternative efficacious remedy, as may be permissible to him under law, to seek the redressal of his grievance, as put-forth in this petition.

Learned State counsel has no objection for the same. Resultantly, the petition in hand stands dismissed for having been withdrawn accordingly.
