The petitioner is seeking issuance of directions to respondents No.2 to 4 to register a case against respondent No.5 against whom complaints as well as representations had been made by the petitioner. 2.

After arguing for sometime, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner would be satisfied, if the petition is disposed off with a direction to the official respondents to consider and decide his complaint/ representation dated 27.09.2022 (Annexure P-3) filed by him in accordance with law.
