*** This application has been filed for appointing the Warrant Officer for recording the statement of the detenue. The counsel for the applicants-petitioners urges that a Warrant Officer will have to be appointed as they had visited the address and the detenue was not found.
The State counsel informs that the detenue is on the way and she herself is a police personnel.
The detenue has appeared along with her daughter. She states that she is posted in Jalandhar Centre of Sports and is presently on child care leave and she had filed a petition for divorce in 2013 and she has not been detained.
In view of the matter, the present application is dismissed.
