On the instructions of ASI Kuldeep Singh, it has been informed that the petitioner has joined the investigation. It has also been informed that Raj Kumar, who had been running the agency of KK Travels along with Sukhdev Singh, has been arrested and granted the concession of regular bail. Sukhdev singh appears to have not been arrested till date. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, she will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that she will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
