The petitioner along with Tek Chand and others had allegedly made an attempt to kill the complainant by hitting with a car. So far as the petitioner is concerned, he was neither driving the vehicle nor any motive has been attributed to him. He has joined the investigation,as per the instructions of SI Ramesh Kumar, imparted to the learned State counsel. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
