The present appeal pertains to the year 2021 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. The case has repeatedly been adjourned on the request of the learned counsel for the appellants on one ground or the other. On the previous date, Mr. Amit Gupta, Advocate had put in appearance on behalf of the appellants. Today, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants despite the matter being called twice since morning. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present regular second appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
