The present appeal pertains to the year 2022 and the same is still at the stage of preliminary hearing inasmuch as notice of motion is yet to be issued. Vide order dated 03.03.2025 notices were issued to the appellants as counsel for the appellants had pleaded no instructions in the matter. As per the Office report, notices issued to the appellants have received back duly served. However, none has put in appearance on behalf of the appellants today despite the matter being called twice since morning and despite service. It appears that the appellants are not interested in pursuing the present appeal. 2.

In view thereof, this Court is left with no other option but to dismiss the present regular second appeal for non-prosecution. 3.

Dismissed for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand disposed off.
