(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 482 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for quashing order dated 02.01.2015 (Annexure P-6), whereby the petitioner has been declared proclaimed offender, in Complaint No. 57 dated 10.07.2013 (Annexure P-1) and all other subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.
Heard.
The instant petition is disposed of with a direction to the petitioner to appear before the trial Court within a week from today, with liberty to raise all the pleas taken herein, before it, failing which this petition shall be deemed to be dismissed. His bail application, if any, shall be decided within next 7 days.
In case, the trial Court finds any merit in the contentions of the petitioner, it would do the needful.
