ALKA SARIN, J. (ORAL) The matter was passed over on the request of learned counsel for the appellant twice. On the third call, after making some preliminary submissions, learned counsel for the appellant requested for a pass-over to refer to certain documents. The case is now being called for the fourth time, however, none has come present on behalf of the appellant. On 01.09.2022, the following order was passed :
"Yet again a request for an adjournment has been made on behalf of learned counsel for the applicant-appellant on the ground that he is in some personal difficulty. In the interest of justice, adjourned to 15.12.2022. It is made clear that no further adjournment shall be granted."
