None for the petitioner/respondent (wife and minor son). *** NIDHI GUPTA , J. (ORAL) Vide this common order, two petitions bearing Nos. CRR(F)-245-2021 and CRR(F)-317-2021 are being decided together as both these petitions are interconnected and challenging order dated 05.04.2021 passed by learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa in a petition under Section 125 Cr.P.C. filed by wife and minor son, whereby interim maintenance of Rs.25,000/-p.m. (Rs.15,000/-p.m. to the wife and Rs.10,000/-p.m. to the minor son) has been granted from the date of filing application alongwith litigation expenses of Rs.5,500/-.

CRR(F)-245-2021 (O&M) -2 - On the last date of hearing i.e. 12.10.2023, following order was passed by a Coordinate Bench of this Court in CRR(F)-245-2021:- "CRM No.37702 of 2022 Learned counsel appearing for the applicantsrespondents submits that the present application has been rendered infructuous.

Resultantly, the same stands disposed of accordingly. CRR(F) No.245 of 2021 & CRM No.22852 of 2021 & CRM No.37707 of 2022 & CRM No.34690 of 2023 Learned counsel appearing for the respondents informs the Court that the parties have amicably settled their dispute in the present case.

However, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks an adjournment to verify the afore-said fact from his client.

Adjourned to 23.01.2024."

There is no representation on behalf of the respondent/petitioner-wife.

Learned counsel for the petitioner-husband has informed that all the disputes stand settled between the parties and the decree of divorce has also been granted by the learned Principal Judge, Family Court, Sirsa, vide judgment and decree dated 15.03.2024. A copy of the same is taken on record.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner-husband, no further direction is required to be issued in the present case.

The present petitions stand disposed of.
