Tribhuvan Dahiya, J (Oral) The petition has been filed seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of past service rendered by the petitioner in Mewat Cadre in same department, in respect of pay protection, seniority, pay scale etc.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that at this stage, the petitioner will be satisfied in case she is permitted to make a fresh representation before the respondents raising the grievance as has been raised in this petition, and the same may be ordered to be decided within a specified period.

Mr. R.S. Budhwar, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the official respondents, and submits that in case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same will be decided by the second respondent expeditiously.

In view thereof, without going into the merits of the case, the petition is disposed of with liberty to the petitioner to file a representation before the respondents within a period of three weeks from today. In case any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the same shall be decided by the second respondent-Director Elementary Education, by passing a speaking order thereupon, within a period of eight weeks of receiving the representation.
