On the instructions of ASI Lakhwinder Singh, it has been informed by the learned State counsel that the petitioner has already joined the investigation.

Taking into consideration the role attributed to the petitioner that he raised a lalkara only and no injury having been attributed to him, he can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioner, he will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioner will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
