(Oral) The petitioner, who is an Advocate, has approached this Court so as to assail notices issued to him vide reference Nos.229, 230 & 231 dated 10.5.2024 (Annexures P-7 to P-9), vide which the District Bar Council, Kaithal, had imposed a penalty of Rs.11,000/- upon him. Learned counsel representing the respondent submitted that the matter has been rendered infructuous as the aforesaid notices stand withdrawn and the membership of the appellant stands restored. In view of the aforesaid submission, the instant petition is rendered infructuous and is disposed off as such.
