-2Name & age of Petitioner (s) FIR No.

Date Section(s) Police Station District 21.02.2026 110, 115(2), 126(2), 190, 191(3), 351(2) of the BNS, (corresponding sections 308, 323, 339, 341, 146, 148, 506 of IPC) Ajay Kumar, aged about 26 years Loharu Bhiwani 2.

As per the FIR, total five accused are involved in the present case, out of which three have been specifically named, i.e. (1) Vikrant Maan, (2) Kala, son of Dhanaram, and (3) Ajay. Identities of the remaining two accused persons were not known to the complainant/injured at the relevant time. As per the allegations, accused persons, armed with iron rods, restrained the complainant/injured by holding his hands and legs and inflicted injuries, resulting in fractures to his limbs.

3.

Learned Senior Counsel for the petitioner contends that no specific injury has been attributed to the petitioner. It is further submitted that co-accused Kala and Vikrant Maan have already been arrested. Counsel argues that, in the absence of any specific role assigned to the petitioner, he deserves the concession of anticipatory bail.

It is also submitted that petitioner is willing to join the investigation and fully cooperate with the authorities, if granted protection from arrest by this Court. Thus, prayer is made for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. 4.

Notice of motion.

5.

On advance notice, Mr. Parveen Kumar Aggarwal, Addl. AG, Haryana, puts in appearance on behalf of the respondent - State, and seeks some time to file status report in the matter.

6.

Adjourned to 07.05.2026.

-37.

Let a status report be filed by the State, specifically detailing the role attributed to each of the accused in the present case, along with injury chart of the complainant/injured, duly supported by the medical opinion of the attending doctors.

8.

Meanwhile, petitioner shall not be arrested. However, issue of joining of investigation by the petitioner would be examined on the next date of hearing, after reviewing the status report, which is yet to be filed by learned State counsel." 3.

Considering the allegations and the names mentioned in the FIR, the petitioner is specifically alleged to have caused injuries with brutality, i.e., breaking the legs and hands of the injured-Sandeep and out of the total five injuries, four have been declared as grievous. Therefore, I do not find any substantial reason to grant the concession of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner.

4.

Therefore, the present petition is dismissed. 5.

The Investigating Officer is directed to immediately proceed in accordance with law.
