Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 43 dated 02.03.2016, registered under Section(s) 420, 465, 467, 468, 471 & 120-B IPC at Police Station Moga City, District Moga.

Petitioner was earlier granted interim pre-arrest bail on 21.03.2016, by the learned Additional Sessions Judge, Moga, which was made absolute vide order dated 05.05.2016. Thereafter, petitioner failed to appear before the learned trial Court and his arrest warrants were issued. His proclamation was issued and he was declared proclaimed offender by the learned trial Court vide order dated 16.08.2018.
