(Oral) For the reasons recorded in CWP No.13483 of 2010, titled as - Rajesh Kumar Sharma vs. State of Punjab and others, decided by order of even date (11.11.2016), the impugned order of dismissal from service dated 04.03.2010 is set-aside and the respondents are directed to reconsider the case of the petitioner by conducting fresh inquiry by giving adequate opportunity of hearing. The necessary exercise be done within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. Disposed of accordingly.
