(ORAL) Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that they have raised several issues before the Grievance Disposal Committee in terms of clause-H of the contract/bidders contract which are pending before the said committee. He submits that the respondent-Mandi Board may be directed to decide the same in accordance with the provisions and stipulations contained in clause-H of the contract specially those relating to granting personal hearing on a date and time fixed by the respondent-authorities. Learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the State of Punjab undertakes to appear on behalf of the respondent-Mandi also and submits that decision on the issues raised in the petition in terms of clause-H of the contract shall be taken by the authorities concerned in accordance with law expeditiously.

In view of the aforesaid undertaking given by the learned Additional Advocate General appearing for the respondent-State of Punjab, the petition stands disposed of and the respondent-authorities are directed to decide the issues raised by the petitioners in terms of clause-H of the contract in accordance with law as far as possible within four weeks. It is made clear that this Court has not expressed any opinion on the merits of the case and, therefore, the authorities would be at liberty to examine the matter keeping all facts and facets into consideration and thereafter accept or reject the same in accordance with law.
