Inspector Vs State of Haryana and others filed against the judgement and order dated 20.02.2020 passed by the learned Single Judge in a group of writ petitions the lead case being CWP-1426-2020 titled as Mahabir Singh and others Vs State of Haryana and others has been dismissed by a Division Bench of this Court vide judgement and order dated 04.03.2021. He submits and concedes that the aforesaid LPA being identical, the present appeal may also be dismissed in the light of the judgement and order dated 04.03.2021 passed by the Division Bench of this Court.

Taking the aforesaid statement of learned counsel for the appellants on record, the present appeal also stands dismissed.
