The present contempt petition has been filed under Sections 11 and 12 of the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 on the ground that there has been no compliance of the order dated 20.09.2024 passed by this Court in CRWP-9140-2024 whereby respondent No.2 therein was directed to look into the representation dated 26.05.2024 moved by the petitioners. 2.

Mr. Pawan Kumar, DAG Punjab has handed over a copy of the speaking order dated 14.10.2024 which was passed subsequent to the order dated 20.09.2024 dealing with the representation dated 26.05.2024 made by the petitioners. Copy of the said speaking order was also communicated to the petitioners herein as is apparent from the speaking order itself. Infact, a copy of the same was also sent to the Registrar General, Punjab & Haryana High Court and to other officials.
