This is a petition filed under Section 438 of the Code of Criminal Procedure seeking pre-arrest bail in a case registered against the petitioner vide FIR No. 04 dated 06.01.2016 under sections 420/406/120-B IPC at Police Station City Sangrur, district Sangrur. Learned counsel for the State submits that pursuant to order dated 15.03.2016, petitioner has joined the investigation and is no longer required for custodial interrogation.

In view of the above, order dated 15.03.2016 is made absolute subject to the conditions envisaged under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C. Disposed of.
