The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-1), order dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 20.09.2023 (Annexure P-3). 1.1 A further prayer has been made for staying the operation and implementation of impugned order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-1), order dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 20.09.2023 (Annexure P-3).

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner prays that he may be permitted to withdraw the instant petition as the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties and a compromise dated 08.07.2024 HIMANI GUPTA 2024.07.11 12:09 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document/judgment High Court, Chandigarh

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 does not dispute the aforesaid factum of an amicable settlement between the parties and also the execution of the compromise.

Learned State counsel submits that he has no objection if the matter has been amicably resolved between the parties. 5.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
