The present petition has been filed under Articles 226/227 of the Constitution of India seeking issuance of writ in the nature of certiorari for quashing impugned order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-1), order dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 20.09.2023 (Annexure P-3). 1.1 A further prayer has been made for staying the operation and implementation of impugned order dated 26.04.2022 (Annexure P-1), order dated 18.11.2022 (Annexure P-2) and order dated 20.09.2023 (Annexure P-3).

Learned counsel appearing for respondent No.4 does not dispute the aforesaid factum of an amicable settlement between the parties and also the execution of the compromise.

In view of the above, the instant Petition is dismissed as withdrawn.
