The present petition has been filed for quashing of FIR No.120, dated 18.09.2000, registered under Sections 420, 467 and 471 IPC at Police Station Sadar, Moga.

None had appeared on the last date of hearing and date was ordered to be notified to the learned counsel for the petitioner, which as per office report, had been done, but still there is no representation, despite the case having been called out twice. 3.

Learned State counsel refers to para 1 of the reply dated 06.02.2020 filed by way of affidavit of Paramjit Singh, PPS, Deputy Superintendent of Police (City), Moga, District Moga wherein it has been stated that the cancellation report in the present case has been submitted four times.

It appears that the petitioner is not interested to pursue the matter.

Dismissed for non-prosecution.
