In the present petition, the petitioner is praying for issuance of a writ in the nature of Certiorari for quashing the order dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-6) passed by respondent No.3, vide which the application submitted by the petitioner for re-joining on the post of Constable has been rejected.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that a perusal of the impugned order dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-6) would show that the claim of the petitioner has been rejected on the ground that as per rule, the petitioner cannot be permitted to rejoin on the post of Constable. He submits that a similar issue has already been decided by the Co-ordinate Bench of this Court in CWP No.30823 of 2025 titled as Inder Singh Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 06.11.2025 (Annexure P-7) and DIWAKER GULATI 2026.04.23 16:32 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document
CWP-12322 of 2026 (O&M) 2 CWP No.33629 of 2025 titled as Narender Kumar Vs. State of Haryana and others, decided on 13.11.2025 (Annexure P-8). He further submits that while passing the impugned order dated 11.03.2026 (Annexure P-6), the abovesaid judgments were not considered by respondent No.3. 3.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, on instructions from the petitioner, submits that at this stage, he will be satisfied if a direction is given to respondent No.3 to treat the present writ petition as representation and decide the same, in a time bound manner.

Mr. Gaurav Jindal, learned Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents and does not oppose the prayer made by learned counsel for the petitioner. 6.
In view of the above and without commenting upon the merits of the case, the present petition is hereby disposed of with a direction to respondent No.3 to treat the present writ petition as representation and consider and decide the same, in accordance with law, within a period of three months from the date of receipt of certified copy of this order. 7.
