Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the matter has been compromised before the Mediation and Conciliation Centre of this Court and in view of the same, he be permitted to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file fresh petition for quashing on the basis of compromise, if need arise. This contention is not refuted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent.
Given above, the present petition stands disposed of as having been withdrawn with liberty aforesaid. Pending application, if any, stands disposed of. Is is clarified that in case the compromise does not mature, it shall be open to the petitioners to approach this Court again on the same grounds. It is further clarified that filing of the present petition and its withdrawal shall not come in the way in case the petitioners approaches this Court by filing a fresh petition.
