(Oral) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 528 of BNSS, 2023, is for quashing of FIR No.265 dated 22.09.2023 registered under Sections 120-B, 147, 149, 427, 441, 447 IPC at Police Station Bhattu Kalan, Fatehabad District Fatehabad and all other consequential proceedings arising therefrom.

Learned counsel for the petitioner wishes to withdraw the present petition with liberty to file afresh petition with better particulars.
