Present petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for seeking pre-arrest bail to the petitioner(s) in case FIR No. 118 dated 27.09.2018, registered under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 323, 324 & 341 IPC (Section 307 IPC was added subsequently) at Police Station G.R.P Hisar, District G.R.P. Ambala Cantt.

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner has since joined the investigation and he is not required for further investigation in any way. Thus, he be released on pre-arrest bail. Learned counsel for the respondent, on instructions from Naresh Kumar, Assistant Advocate General, Haryana, contended that petitioner, though, joined the investigation, but allegations against him are that he along with his co-accused, namely Lakhwinder alias Lakhu had DEEPAK KUMAR BHARDWAJ 2018.12.13 15:17 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document

In view of the fact that petitioner has joined the investigation and nothing is to be recovered from him, present petition is accepted and order dated 22.11.2018, passed by this Court, granting interim pre-arrest bail to the petitioner, is made absolute.
