***** GURVINDER SINGH GILL, J.(Oral) This is the second petition filed on behalf of the petitioner seeking grant of anticipatory bail in respect of a case registered vide FIR No.183 dated 10.7.2021, at Police Station City Muktsar, District Shri Muktsar Sahib, under Sections 420, 468, 471 and 120-B of Indian Penal Code.

This Court had previously, vide detailed order dated 23.8.2021 (Annexure P-2) passed in CRM-M-31621 of 2021, dismissed a similar petition filed on behalf of the petitioner. No substantial change of circumstance has been shown to this Court so as to justify entertaining the second petition filed under provisions of Section 438 Cr.P.C. The petition, as such, is dismissed.
