(Oral) The petitioner has challenged the impugned judgment dated 11.3.2019 (Annexure P-1) passed by the Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Ferozepur Jhirka, District Mewat, whereby the Executing Court has directed the respondents to partly pay maintenance without considering the fact that the petitioner is 88 years old person and is not in a position to maintain himself.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the respondents, who are sons of the petitioner, are now maintaining the petitioner, and he has instructions to withdraw the present revision petition at this stage, however, with liberty to revive the same in case the respondents failed to maintain the petitioner. Dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty aforesaid.
