Counsel for the complainant has appeared and admitted that the matter has actually been compromised. The terms and conditions of the compromise have been placed on record.
In view of the said circumstance, the petition is allowed. The interim order passed in favour of the petitioner, granting him interim bail, is hereby made absolute subject to all the conditions u/s 438(2) Cr.P.C, subject to the condition that the petitioner will not indulge in the similar activity, of which he is accused of.
