(Oral) The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner for initiation of proceedings against the respondent under the Contempt of Courts Act, 1971 for intentionally and willfully disobeying the order passed by this Court on 30.09.2019 in CWP No.1437 of 2016 (Annexure P-1) by the respondent.

Notice of motion.

Ms. Deepali Puri Sandhu, Addl. A.G. Punjab, who has joined the proceedings through video conference, accepts notice on behalf of the respondent.
