Present petitioners, who have already attained majority, have come to this Court for seeking protection to their lives and liberty under Section 482 Cr.P.C. on the ground that with their free consent, both of them wanted to get marry, but there are frequent threats at the hands of respondents No.4 to 7. For that purpose, petitioners have already moved an application dated 19.11.2018 (Annexure P3) before respondent No.2-Senior Superintendent of Police, Bathinda so as to enable them protection to their lives and liberty.

Notice of motion.

On asking of the Court, Mr. D.S.Sukarchakia, Deputy Advocate General, Punjab accepts notice on behalf of respondents No.1 to 3. A complete copy of paper-book be provided to him during the course of the day.
