Mr.Devender Arya, Advocate, for the appellants. Mr. Saurav Khullar, Authorized Representative with Mr.PHS Pannu, Advocate, for respondent No.3-Insurance company.

****** As agreed, as per statements of the appellants, learned counsel and representative of the respondent-Insurance Company (separately recorded), a sum of Rs.4,25,000/- (Rupees Four Lakhs Twenty Five Thousand only) over and above the amount awarded by the Tribunal is allowed to the appellants in full and final settlement of the claim in this appeal. As per the statement of the learned counsel for the appellants, the enhanced amount be paid to the appellants as per their share in terms of the award dated 03.01.2019 passed by the MACT, Narnaul. The share of the appellant No.2-Neeraj (minor son of the deceased-Jagmal) be deposited in the shape of FDR in for a period of 3 years or till he attains the age of majority (the period which comes later).

Accordingly, we dispose of this case with the direction to the Insurance Company to deposit a crossed cheque for Rs.4,25,000/- in the name of the appellants as per their shares in terms of the award dated 03.01.2019 passed by the MACT, Narnaul, with the Office of the Lok Adalat of the High Court and the share of appellant No.2-Neeraj (minor son of the deceased-Jagmal) be deposited in the shape of FDR in for a period of 3 years or till he attains the age of majority (the period which comes later), within SUKHPREET KAUR 2022.08.25 04:02 I attest to the accuracy and integrity of this document four weeks from today, in compliance of this order, falling which, interest @

9 % per annum shall follow on this amount till payment, from the date of this order. The concerned Officer of the Lok Adalat Branch/Office shall issue a proper receipt after receiving the cheque, to learned counsel/representative of the respondent-Insurance Company. The appellant's counsel/appellant may collect the cheque from the office of the Lok Adalat.

Copy of the order be supplied/sent to the counsel/parties and file be returned to the Hon'ble High Court.
