The petitioners have filed this petition under Section 482 Code of Criminal Procedure seeking quashing of FIR No.20 dated 10.02.2017, registered for offences punishable under Sections 406, 420, 120-B of Indian Penal Code at Police Station City Nawanshahr District SBS Nagar, along with all consequential proceedings arising therefrom, on the basis of the compromise.

As per report, complainant-respondent had not appeared before the Court concerned for getting his statement recorded as per order dated 28.02.2019. In view of report of trial Court/Illaqa Magistrate, it appears that compromise between the parties has fizzled out. Dismissed.
