The instant petition is for grant of anticipatory bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.34 dated 26.03.2025 registered under Sections 409 of IPC at Police Station Division No.2, Jalandhar, District Police Commissionerate, Jalandhar (Annexure P-1).

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has already appeared before the trial Court and has been admitted to bail. He further submits that the petitioner is regularly appearing before the trial Court after passing of the interim order dated 30.04.2025, passed by this Court.

On instructions learned State counsel has submitted that the petitioner has joined the investigation and his custodial interrogation is no longer required.

In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the petitioner, the interim order dated 30.04.2025 is made absolute. It is made clear that the petitioner shall continue to appear before the trial Court on each and every date of hearing and shall not absent himself from the Trial Court proceedings, without prior permission of the trial Court.
