The instant petition has been filed under Section 439 Cr.P.C. for grant of regular bail in FIR No.332 dated 20.10.2020, under Sections 363, 366-A, 506 IPC and Section 4 of the POCSO Act, 2012 registered at Police Station Uchana, District Jind.

After arguing for some time, when this Court was not inclined to extend the concession of bail to the petitioner, prayer has been made for withdrawal of the instant petition.

Ordered accordingly.
