On the last date of hearing, the contemnor was directed to tender an unconditional apology in the Court of learned Additional Sessions Judge, Amritsar, which he did as is indicated from the report of the said Judicial Officer and an affidavit to this extent has also been filed by the contemnor today in the Court. We, thus, discharge the rule against the contemor in view of the unconditional apology tendered by him.

Petition stands disposed of.
