Contemner is not present.

It is submitted by counsel appearing for the contemner that he could not come present as he had to attend the marriage function of his real nephew.

The contemner, who tendered unconditional apology before this Court by filing an affidavit, was directed by us on 18.9.2015 to file an affidavit before Ms. Monica, the then Civil Judge (Jr. Division)-cum-Judicial Magistrate, Ist Class, Faridabad. 4.
The report submitted by the above Judicial Officer discloses that the contemner in fact appeared before her and filed an affidavit tendering unconditional apology. The Judicial Officer also PARVINDER SINGH 2015.12.14 10:25 I attest to the accuracy and authenticity of this document Chandigarh
CROCP 5 of 2015 has submitted that she was satisfied with the apology tendered by the said Advocate.

For all these reasons, the unconditional apology tendered by the contemner is accepted and he is discharged from the contempt proceedings. As a result thereof, the contempt petition stands disposed of. Rule stands discharged.
