The contemner along with his counsel is present. Contempt has been initiated as against the respondent who is a practicing Advocate at Amritsar. It was reported by the Judicial Officer that the respondent shouted at the top of his voice during the Court proceedings conducted by the Judicial Officer, as he was perturbed by the misplacement of an application filed by him in the court.

The contemner has tendered an unconditional apology in the shape of an affidavit.

CROCP No. 7 of 2015 It appears that the respondent-contemner has set up his practice way back in the year 1978. In other words, he has put in about 37 years of service as an Advocate. Considering the nature of allegation as against him and the unconditional apology tendered by him, we are pleased to accept the unconditional apology. Consequently, the contempt proceedings stand closed. Rule stands discharged.
