NIDHI GUPTA, J. (ORAL) Prayer in this petition filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C. is for quashing of FIR No. 67 dated 13.08.2017 (Annexure P-1) registered under Sections 304-B read with Section 34 IPC at Police Station Qila Lal Singh, Police District Batala and all subsequent proceedings arising therefrom.

On instructions, learned counsel for the State submits that out of total 15 prosecution witnesses, all have been examined by the trial Court and the matter is fixed for today itself before the trial Court for orders.

In view of the above, learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be permitted to withdraw the present petition. Permitted to do so.

Dismissed as withdrawn.
