(Oral) The present petition has been filed under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita (BNSS), 2023 seeking direction to official respondents to take appropriate legal action on representation dated 09.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) pending before respondent No.2 as per law laid down by the Hon'ble Supreme Court of India in "Lalita Kumari Versus Govt. of U.P. and Others" 2013(4) RCR (Crl.) 979 and for registration of case against private respondent No.4. 2.

At the outset, learned counsel for the petitioner contends that he would be satisfied in case the representation dated 09.11.2024 (Annexure P-1) be decided in a time bound manner.
