The present petition has been filed under Section 438 Cr.P.C. for grant of pre-arrest bail to the petitioner in case FIR No.47 dated 12.02.2023 registered under Section 18(b) of the NDPS Act at Police Station Civil Lines, Kaithal.

Learned State counsel at the outset submits that the petitioner stands arrested on 27.06.2023.
