JASWANT SINGH, J (ORAL) Petitioner, who is one of the accused in FIR No.27 dated 29.1.2012 (P.4) is aggrieved against the non-summoning of respondent Nos.2 to 10 as additional accused in their version of cross case registered vide DDR dated 30.1.2012 (P.5) on their application under Section 319 Cr.P.C. Hence, the order dated 04.9.2013 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge, Tarn Taran partly allowing the application by summoning four persons and dismissing the application qua respondent Nos.2 to 10 has been impugned in the present revision.

At the time of hearing today, learned State counsel, on instructions from ASI Balraj Singh submits that the present revision has become infructuous in the light of cross version (P.5) having been dismissed and the named accused having been acquitted vide judgment dated 24.08.2015 passed by the learned Addl. Sessions Judge. No one has appeared to controvert the aforesaid contentions. In view of the above, present petition is dismissed as infructuous.
