It appears that the main allegations are against Manoj Shrivastava, who is husband of petitioner No.1 and son of petitioner No.2. The petitioners being ladies, can be granted the concession of pre-arrest bail as counsel for the complainant has informed that the terms of compromise between the petitioners and the complainant are being settled. The petition is allowed and it is ordered that in case of arrest of the petitioners, they will be released on bail to the satisfaction of the arresting officer subject to the condition that the petitioners will join the investigation as and when required by the police and will not tamper with evidence or hamper the investigation.
