(ORAL) Through this petition under Section 438 Cr.P.C., prayer has been made for grant of anticipatory bail to petitioner-Anokh Singh, in FIR No. 160 dated 10.09.2018 under Sections 386/170/506/120-B of IPC, registered at Police Station City Malout, District Sri Muktsar Sahib. On instructions from, HC Karnail Singh, learned State counsel submits that petitioner has joined the investigation and is no more required for interrogation.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, order dated 08.01.2019, passed by this Court is made absolute. Disposed of.
